SABA FILM production company is a non governmental and a non-political company.
It was established and registered by the Ministry of Information and Culture by financial sustain of Mrs. Saba Sahar in 2002. The activities of the company are done by 15 professionals, qualified and well skilled staff, in the field of administration and management. SABA FILM Production Company produce, feature films, short educative films, documentary films, TV series drama, TV commercials advertisements and mobile cinema services in whole Afghanistan provinces.
Saba Film is a nongovernmental and independent organization which is based on religion and nation-building. The organisation is involved in activities supporting personal freedom, peace, democracy, gender equality, elimination of violence against women, social justice, improving of women in society and human rights.
The central office is located in Kabul, Afghanistan. Regional offices will be increased in Jala Abad, Qandahar, Balkh, Herat, and other Provinces in the future. The organization has a specific brand which demonstrates its identity that is confirmed and approved by the executive committee of the organization. The production company works in the tradiotion of the Islam and the universal declaration of human rights.
The aims and strategy of Saba Film is focused on continual peace, and security in Afghanistan. Elimination of violence against women, reconstruction of Afghanistan are considered as its main duty.Helping especially girls and women. Training and education focused on artistic programms for immigrants and returnees. Providing work on the basis of working e.g. as an actor for artistic short and long term films via television.
